Why do I look like this, will you please help me feel better?

I am average looking to maybe pretty but I just think I'm average. I saw this one girl after ages (who I knew from primary school). She looks nothing like she does, she is beautiful and now I understand why guys like her...I am happy for her genuinly but I feel insecure.

I wish I was that beautful, had some guys friends (yip I don't because I find it hard to talk to them and I am in a girls school)....I feel terrible, wish I could look like her. I have a formal tommorow and I know I won't be happy with the way I look. :(

Let me help you sort something out that has to do with beauty in general.  No one knows how to judge their own beauty as they are never quite sure they are beautiful, physically.  Look at the norms of beauty around you, and see if you have them.  You know, the hair everyone wants, the skin that is milky (no matter what race you are), slim, eyes that are attractive, etc.

Now the other part.....Why are you worried about your physical looks. You should be seeking out to be the best you can be, which is by pursuing education and philanthropy (helping others). You get up everyday and fix your hair, iron your clothes, do your makeup, and that's it.  However it ends up is fine.  However, The way your mind ends up is ever changing.  Please pay attention to it
