Question:

Why do I lose so much (body) water when I swim?

Whenever I swim, I spend more time leaving the pool to pee than swimming and if I'm retaining any water at all, it seems to go away with dramatic noticability (peed away, I asume). For example, if I have any swelling of feet or ankles, they aren't swollen at all after swimming.

So, my question is, why does this happen?

  1. I'm not trying to get you worried or anything, but all the people on my swim team and who swim don't leave the pool a lot to pee. In your case it's probably because you drink a lot of water, or when you're in water you need to pee or other stuff like the swelling of your ankles because it's just something that happens to you, like some people are allergic to certain things and others aren't, everybody's unique, if you need a professional answer try seeing your doctor.
