I have to do community service hours for my class

I only need 10, but the public library has a minimum of 25 hours, but whatever..

I have to schedule an appt. with the lady-- but she said I also need a form signed by a doctor.

Why do I need a doctor's signature?? Is it because it's a city building??

  1. I would call and ask because I've never heard of that and I've volunteered at the library before.

  2. Sounds like the doctor's note is covering for a physical which is usally required for city work.  It might just be city policy.  They're probably just covering their butt for any lawsuits.
