Why do I need to approve a unmoderated members' posts?

I have a member in my group that I have to approve all of here messages to the group.

This group is moderated, but I have changed her setting to "without moderation."

Posting Messages: Override: This member may post without moderation (Edit)

She has several email addresses that she uses. I have verified on her ID that all of the addresses are there & have been verified.

Why does this member's messages have to be moderated?

because you have the settings at moderate all members..

Because your group is moderated. If you made your group moderated, you cannot make exceptions in your group (including yourself.) But if you make your group unmoderated, you may wish to make whichever member "moderated".
