I recently started to mastrubate to ejaculation and climax but sometimes i cant reach ejaculation i always precome but not always ejaculate. Is this because im just not going for long enough or......

It is normal to have prec*m first. If you are not ejaculating it may be that you are still maturing and things are just not "fully ripened" yet. It could also be that you need to wack-off a little longer, but don't over do it and start bleeding now.

ps. It is not good to try to do it quicker or faster, it only screws things up when it comes to having s*x with another person. Learning to do it slower- taking your time- is the best thing to do.

I would say go longer and use lubricant (like plain hand lotion).  Speeding it up might be accomplished by rubbing in the "taint" (the area behind the b*lls and in front of the *ssh*le with one hand, while jerking off with the other; or by rubbing in the hair around the top of your p***s and down the sides gently while doing it -- or even by pl*ying with your b*lls while doing it.
