I recently went on 2 interviews and am waiting for results. Each day I spend all day watching my email and waiting for a phone call. I can't get passed my anxiety and can't focus on anything else!

  1. I'm like you.

I obsess over MANY things I can't/couldn't control. And I blame myself if the results aren't what I want, or I obsess how much I want the results to be good.

I think it's natural, because you're a human. Humans worry and stress over things. You did the best you could for your 2 interviews (I'm assuming), and you're just hoping all that pays off and you get a job.

Just relax. I've written that kind of stuff on questions before. I know you can't get passed it, but really, the fact that you're anxious is not going to change the fact that you'll have to wait for that phone call and e-mail. Occupy yourself with something else, but keep the phone close to you in case! And check your e-mail every hour, if you want.

  2. we all do it, idk what tot ell you I do the same thing
