Why do I panic when I talk or think about an allen!!!?

My ex boyfriend's family is the allen's and everytime i talk to them or even think about them i start to panic and don't know why.

Aliens really freak some ppl out. It might be scary for you to think of ""monster" type of ppl. But we may be aliens ourselves! If "aliens: came to visit us, we would be aliens to them!!! Its okay, maybe you can try to forget about your ex boyfriends family and their aliens!
