Some times when i take a p**s its,Clear as water,and when its like that i p**s like every 5 seconds??

Just keep drinking water and there will be no problems.

its because you are well hydrated. you body is just getting rid of the excess water. it has a lot to get rid of, so you go more often.

its because you have been drinking the right amount of water, so your body doesn't have so much waste to get rid of. thats what you want to happen. and the reason you're peeing all the time is because you're drinking a lot. good job hahaha

That only means that you're drinking too much. Be careful, that could be lethal. Drink 5 glasses of water every day, no more than that. Good luck.

Really clear urine is mostly water and fewer waste products than darker urine.  Really dark urine can mean you are dehydrated.

If you are well or overly hydrated (you are drinking a lot of water) you will have light urine and eliminate frequently.
