Everytime I load YMJ, I receive an error during the loading process. I click OK and it finishes loading. Then when I try to start the jukebox, I receive an error. If I click OK it closes and does not load the jukebox. It gives me an option to view more information.

This is the info it provides me with:

AppName:yahoomusicengine.exe - AppVer:2.2.1.35 - ModName:yahoomusicengine.exe - ModVer: 2.2.1.35 - Offset:00320068

Exception Information - Code: 0xc0000005 - Flags: 0x00000000 - Record: 0x0000000000000000 - Address:0x0000000000720068

System Information - Windows NT 5.1 Build: 2600 - CPU Vendor Code: 756E6547 - 4965E69 - 6C65746E - CPU Version: 000006D8 - CPU Feature Code: AFE9FBFF - CPU AMD Feature Code: 00C1E824

Then it goes on to describe many, many modules - too much to list here.

  1. The error code means an access violation - trying to read or write to memory that you shouldn't.  If you are getting similar errors with other programs, it could mean you have a bad memory module on your computer.  However, I would suspect that you have a bad install of YMJ.  Goto add or remove programs and uninstall YMJ.  Reboot your computer.  Next use Windows Explorer (not IE) and delete folder Yahoo Music Jukebox (under \Program Files\Yahoo!).  Next run Microsoft OneCare cleaner (broom):

    Install YMJ:
