Why do I see purple circles in the dark?

Sometimes in the dark I see these weird purple circles in my vision. Its not a flash from a camera or staring at light I don't think. Its weird because on crystalinks they have this guy with the same thing.http://www.crystalinks.com/telepathy.html I sometimes think I am telepathic. Please no one make fun of me!

i hav the same problem in the dark i c dots 2 and other stuff 2. my sister said its ur eyes adjusting.
