Im 20 y/o male, not that fat / not slim / just average

I easily get hot, and sweat easily and excessively compared to my friends. I sweat even on activities that requires little movement ( if you associate it with heart dse. my ECG is normal) and I sweat even in idle or at rest even after shower is that normal?

Im not that anxious/ nervous nor do I always eat spicy foods or drink coffee. I just get hot easily and the sweat like a melting ice. ESPecially in the face/head

why is that?

I planning to consult a physician next week but I need to know what people think. I did a lot of research/reading on hyperhidrosis I swear I can get an A for a quiz for that subject.

  1. you could try having a cold shower every morning (the colder the better) I had the same problem as you but that really helped.

  2. Hyperhidrosis, as I'm sure you've found, refers primarily to underarm sweating.

Being too hot and excessive sweating are signs of being overweight.  I think the doctor is going to tell you to lose a few pounds.  No big deal.  You've just got to hunker down a little and hit the gym.
