  1. night sweats are common in women of all ages. it's not just a menopause system.

  2. it is normal to sweat at night expecially if u have a bad dream, or if you put too much blankets on or on summer it can get very hot and that why u can sweat. I an from Australia and we are in winter and i tell u my partner sweats i think its cause he has too much blankets on.

Ask your self this how do u no for sure if its not to do with menapause.

  3. not an RN, sorry, but I do oftnetimes sweat through the night. It is summertime here in OK and my apartment gets up to 80 degrees and doesn't cool down until 2 am... If I fall asleep before then I wake up sweaty. Even when it's 75 I still wake up sweaty.

But back when the air was fine- I was fine too. Make sure your air is at 70 or less.
