cause kobe falls short to jordan's greatness that's why they compensate it by hating him. what they don't realize is that jordan LOVED and had a more competitive spirit than that of kobe. if jordan was in kobe's situation in last season's game 6, he would have taken matters into his own hands and played as an inspiration for his team, just as how jordan played in game 5 of the 97 and game 6 of the 98 NBA finals. a feat that kobe only did for a minute or so in game 6.

I won't say all Lakers fans, but a majority of them do. Just about everyone with a brain knows MJ the best of all time(some say Kareem or Wilt). And the person most compared to MJ is Kobe. Kobe is an all time great. He not better then Jordan though. And a lot of Lakers fans believe Kobe is better. And they usually the only ones that believe this. So a a lot of them end up hating Jordan because non-Laker fans don't share the same opinion.

It almost funny. If Kobe left the Lakers, you wouldn't hear this. When Shaq was a Laker, some Lakers fans were saying he the best center of all time and c**p. Now that he gone, nothing but negative talk comes out of Laker fans regarding Shaq.

haha "Jordan" and not Bulls fans but you know all those Bandwagon Bulls fans that liked Jordan started it 1st...seriously why would Lakers fans start the hating on MJ 1st...it doesn't make any sense, but what does make sense is that Jordan fans feel they have to prove to EVERYONE that Jordan was better...I think JORDAN fans are just mad that Kobe's the closest thing to MJ.
