  1.   Maybe because they are not patriotic. They are for the most part selfish, power hungry socialists.

  2. Because it has the word "Republic" in it, and Republic is in "Republican" their arch enemies.

  3. Its message was directed to the South & north in the Civil war era. (same tune as John Brown's body, but cleaned up the words a bit)

I'm a liberal, and I don't hate it. It's simply not my favorite.

And why do you generalize, with no factual support?

  4. Liking or not liking a song - ANY song - is entirely the right and privilege of an individual.

Why does the Right try to determine the personal lives of Americans?

Why does the Right lean more and more Fascist every day?

To suggest that "liking or disliking" a song would be "patriotic or unpatriotic" is, frankly....  just stupid. And lame. And "drinking the kool-aid" rhetoric.

Now. On a more relevant note -

Why does  Sarah Palin hate America? Liberals aren't trying to get states to break up and separate like Sarah Palin wants Alaska to do.

Methinks you better clean up your own backyard.

  5. How ridiculous to say that all liberals hate that song.  Do you think we are like vampires and that song is garlic or something? lol geez!

  6. I only hate The Battle Hymn of the Republican !

  7. I'm a conservative and I hate that song!  Its sac-religious if you understand the words in it.

  8. Who said they do? I never heard that.
