  1. And vice versa? And why do you find it hard to accept too..

Because you have been on yahoo answers way too long.

You are rotating on planet yahoo answers way too long.

You are always targeting on Muslims.

The problem lies with you. You will FOREVER wanna argue.

    Gosh!

I mean we are really happy you wanna get to the truth, and get to the bottom of this. But you keep not accepting us = telling you the truth.

I'm sorry if anything that has happened to you that made you have a negative thinking about Islam. Or just make you think that we, Muslims find it difficult to accept.

    May Allah bless you brother!

edit: your kitchen is "hot", not mine.

  2. LOL Grumpy Old Bug... I saw that too. A... C... Phlegm....

But to answer the question, it's not just Muslims, Christians are just as bad... if not worse, that's why the USA invaded.

  3. It's not just Muslims, it's pretty much every group that has people like that. If people are set in their beliefs then what do you expect? I mean everyone has some sort of bias.

  4. i dont. i understand how the other side feels and thinks.

have you heard the word Double Think?

    EDIT:

that its  primitive to make people suffer hunger and it's bad for people's health and all. that its a useless ritual with no benefit.

stuff like that. in issues like that there are always multiple answers, all correct from different points of view. what it really comes down to is individual choice

    EDIT:

its simple, we believe because you weren't given that body to go about in joyriding in it.going by the assumption that you were given life by a higher power, then you were most probably created for a purpose, and we believe Ramadan  and fasting better helps you understand that purpose. like they say, no pain,no gain.

going by your arguments, why should a soldier or a policeman, put his precious body on the line for values which he had no hand in creating and for strangers he doesn't even know. but societies expect them to do that the world over dont they?

  5. I think you answered this Q yourself in one of your edits.  It's a lack of being open minded.  It's a belief that if they find one thing wrong with Islam then it will destroy the entire religion.  I honestly don't understand it because I'm a Christian and just as other religious people feel, I believe my religion to be the true path, but I'm not so close minded that I can't find fault in what some of our prophets did.  I have questions about things in the bible, but that doesn't mean I think the religion is invalid because of the doubts I have.  I don't understand why most Muslims can't open their eyes and minds and do the same thing instead of making excuses or insulting another religion as their answer.

  6. Because we are on the Right side and everyone else is one the left. ;-)

  7. To me it's called "tunnel vision". When someone can only see one thing and refuse to look elsewhere.

  8. That sir is a generalization and a not very nice one at that.  I've met many people from all over the world and all walks of life who are stubborn and refuse to see any side of an arguement other than their own.  Please don't suggest that this is solely a Muslim trait.

  9. Why not be like me and hate all people equally?

  10. thats not true, but maybe you didn't provide truthful evidences that really convince,,

1st let me know, are you a atheist?

    Edit: @ Questioner

    what is your pro argument?

    Edit:

im not to refute my belief, this is the approach of atheists, counter arguments are used to refute an idea or a theory, not a belief

  11. Same can be said of Christians or Jews when some one is attacking their beliefs

What do you expect, people to denounce their own beliefs openly without so much as a fight?

People will defend their ideals and values until the day they die that's not Islam talking, that's human nature.

    Don't be so narrow-minded.

Stubborn people are NOT unique to Islam.

Edit - Where did I say I don't accept other people's views, I complete tolerate theirs so long as they do the same for me.

    Just show respect

  12. Because it's their way or no way!  It's a one sided view, theirs only and nothing else matters.  Look at their behavior over a cartoon and a teddy bear just to mention a few.

  13. This question will probably disappear very quickly.  I shall be interested in the answers though if it doesn't.

  14. actually they do,

Islam explicitly asks for considering both sides of an argument before judging.

  15. I always try and see things from both perspectives, but why should someone have that respect from me when they are out right making a mockery of my Religion and making rude, offencive comments about it.

Respect, it's a two way street, don't think it's ok to demoralise an Islamic Belief and a Muslim to agree with you on it, common sense.

  16. why do u ? Accept the fact bud. Jesus was a prophet, not son of God or God (btw clear that up for me. Is he God or his son?)

    ___

lol right.  Maybe i will. Give it a try

whats with the thumbs down ppl?

  17. Why should Muslims accept a side of an argument which is wrong? If a Hindu worships idols, that doesn't mean Muslims should accept that idol worshiping is right because it is wrong and is an unforgiven sin, Muslims should never accept that because there is only one god, Allah... Muslims follow the Qu'ran sent by Allah, not a fools imagination that became Hinduism or any other religion other than Islam

  18. Muslim find it very easy to respond to other side of the argment and others find it extremely difficult to forsake their obsession.

  19. Ask a creationist.

  20. Hello? are you a bit slow my Brother?

Religion has to be one of the biggest disagreements today, it's all t*t for tat. 'My religion's better that your Religion' wahh wahh wahh.

Stop worrying about everyone else and concentrate on your own miss givings, or do you target others to make yourself look better?

    I think so.

  21. SILENCE !!!!!!!! or I kill you ...........

  22. Because they grow up in countries where they would be KILLED if they denounced Islam.

Do you think being raised that way they would ever listen or believe another side?

  23. Becos they may not want to be discouraged from Islam?
