Why do Ouija Boards work for some people and not others?

I'm not interested in getting one. I was just wondering why they don't work for some people. When I was in high school I bought one from Toys R Us when my bf broke up with me because I wanted to know if there was someone else he liked. My mom had bad experiences with them. So I knew I couldnt take it home. I took it to my best friend's house and we turned off all the lights (it was in the day time so we could still see) and sat in the hallway and tried it. I asked it if it was there and what it's name was. It did nothing. So we sat and waited a few minutes still nothing. We felt wierd so we stopped and decided to put it up and try again later. I went to her house the next day and we tried it again. Still nothing. I know that they actually are real and do work and they are very evil things but why do they only work for some people and not others? Has anyone used an online ouija board? Did it work for you?

Ok, here's the nicer way of putting it:  ouija boards are definitely real.

Secondly, the fact/reason that it has not/does not work for you, is because you haven't apparently interested the demon spirits that 'work' them.

Yes, I said demons.

The thing that moves the piece around on ouija boards is a demon or demons.

God has apparantly some sort of 'shelter' or protection around you to keep them from becoming involved with you.

The ones who have this board respond to them are in a 'relationship' then, with demons.  They may not know it, but it is that plain and simple.

Be glad that the board has not worked for you.

Once those demons respond to you...........you've opened up yourself to their activity in your life..........not just on some board game!

This is real and it is true.

If I were you, I'd thank God..........yes, He's real too and He's the one who made us all, for the lack of 'contact' with those demons through that board game..........and run and throw it away!!

God has all of your answers about why your bf broke up with you and anything else you ever wanted to know.

Please do yourself a favor and get that game out of your home.

Many are called and few are chosen.  Perhaps you're one of Jesus' chosen and that's why He's kept that demonically influenced board from working for you.

Do you have fam who prays alot or something?

Even if not, you reeeeeeeeally don't need that thing.

I don't know how the board could tell them these things, unless it was a spirit telling them, because Ouija Boards do not predict the future - they connect with spirits.

I'm not sure why they work with some and not others, I think it depends a lot on the place, time, day, people and many other factors.

But you're right, they're very dangerous, especially in the wrong hands or when used for the wrong reasons. The reason for this is because when using a Ouija Board you're creating a connection, a 'portal, between our world and the spirit world. This is like a gate, and if you're not careful opening this gate might appear to be a "welcome" sign to some not so welcome guests. The worst thing you can do when using a Ouija board is say anything along the lines of "if there's REALLY anyone here, make a sound or move something so we know" - this is a literal INVITE to bring a spirit into your presence. The other worst thing you can do, is not close this gate - which is a very easy thing to do if you have no idea what you're doing. Then it is constantly open for spirits to freely wander in and out of your presence - and you can bet some of them won't be nice, cause you're often connecting with the very lowest plane of the spirit world when using a board; spirits that are trapped between our world and the spirit world, often due to unfinished business or a sudden death like an accident or murder. This means some of these will be angry/confused spirits.

That doesn't really answer the actual question but I thought I'd inform you of those things for your safety! Hope that this helps! =)

maybe you and your playmates are not really in full-concentration when you're playing that. besides, playing the ouija board is not actually a form of playing but hunting. you're hunting for people who's now in peace underworld... lastly, if you're playing it, you should be fully interested to have a coin conversation with the dead.

Well, if you buy one that's mass-produced in a toy store, it isn't authentic. It's just a toy or a game. You would have to invest in one that was made by, say, a psychic medium, clairvoyant, Wiccan or voo doo practitioner. You'd probably have better results doing the seance with a "professional" present to guide you in how to use it and to help you clear your mind to contact whoever you want to speak with.
