Why do SOME guys mistake assertiveness for complaining?

I have seen and heard some guys call strong, confident assertive women a "b****".

Why is that? Are we not allowed to respectfully and firmly say no and stand up for ourselves if we are being violated?

No I know there are some complainers who aren't assertive at all, they're either mean, disrespectful and aggressive or passive and complains.

The guys who can't (or won't) draw the line between assertive and b__chy are examples of the rare specimen that fears strong women.

Violated? Like an assault or something? If not and you are reacting to every day stuff as if you have been violated then you might have a problem.

Of course we are allowed to do these things respectfully, however sadly many times it is not done respectfully, but rather pretty hatefully.   Just because you address something does not mean you have done it respectfully.

Some men want and expect women to agree with everything that they say, because it makes their lives easier.  They will cut you down for standing up for your rights, even though the same behavior on a man's part would earn their respect.  Just keep being assertive and standing up for yourself, because if you don't, no one else will.

Look, you have nothing to complain about after all the overachievement that you've gained through laws, v.a.w.a., etc...... Just know your place & remain passively there miss.. Learn that a man will do the thinking for you & everything will be fine..

Because "some" guys are old-fashioned and simply cannot comprehend that women, though they look very similar to men except for one little body part of a difference, can easily out-wit any man and therefore they get on the defensive and say that women are naggy and whiney.
