  2. IDK why that is but if you use those debbie myers green bags it allows fruit to ripen without going rotten.  It might solve your problem

  4. fruit that is kept in cold storage and then transported abroad often goes bad quickly. I always try to buy seasonal local fruit and veg. reduces your carbon footprint too!
