Why do Thai people think twin babies are lucky ?

My husband and I have fallen pregnant with twins. Recently we went to our "usual" Thai restaurant and the owner was really excited saying twins are lucky in Thailand .... Also when we were in Thailand several months ago we told a Thai family we became friends with that we were trying for babies and they said they were hoping we have twins as they are lucky.....

I can't tell you for sure about the twins, but... Thai view children as little blessings, all Thai that I have met has loved children and treat each child as something great and wonderful. I'm thinking they see twins as a double blessing, twice as good and by that really lucky.  =)

thais are full of trannies. That way, if theyre twins, a tranny plus a tranny would equal one boy and one girl.
