Why do YOU think democrats refuse to admit that Palin has more experience than Obama?

She was governor for a few years -- he a senator for a mere few months before running for the presidency.

ps - I am a registered independent, I am open to voting for either -- although I am leaning towards McCain/Palin. The inexperience of Obama is scaring me. He promises all the "change" in the world--who will pay for all this?! It worries me.

He's run a 100 million campaign with over 1,000 members in it successfully and BEAT the Clinton Machine

Where do you people get your information? Obama has been in the Illinois Senate since 1992 and he was sworn into the Senate of the United States in January 2004. That's hardly a few months. He also graduated from Harvard Law School the toughest law school in the country. So let's see now. Sarah Palin graduated from the University of Idaho with a BS in journalism and a minor in political science. She was a beauty queen, she was elected a mayor for a town in Alaska with 8,000 people and she has been Governor for 2 years. You think that gives her more experience than Obama? Just get your facts straight before you vote for anyone.

False: Obama served 4 years in the state senate and another nearly 4 years in congress. If you think McCain has a better plan, so be it, but economists disagree with you and at the very least, it sounds like you aren't very knowledgable about the candidates....so I doubt you would be knowledgable about their plans.....you should read his 'blueprint for change' which details everything.

Here are some numbers for you to think about when you ponder who is paying for it right now.  So far under the bush administration the national debt per capita is $30445. That means that every man, women and child

has been hit with a tab for that much.  So ask your self can you afford more debt?  Unless you are a millionaire you will see your taxes go down under an Obama tax plan.  I too am frightened, but of palin and what she had to say when she addressed a graduating class.  She spoke of how we were doing GODS work in the war in Iraq. Now that is scary.

Let that sink in: Obama is not the descendant of slaves, he is the descendant of slave owners. Thus he makes the perfect Liberal Messiah. It's something Hillary doesn't understand - how some complete neophyte came out of the blue and stole the Dem nomination from her.



Obamamania is beyond politics and reason. It is a true religious cult, whose adherents reject Christianity yet still believe in Original Sin, transferring it from the evil of being human to the evil of being white. Thus Obama has become the white liberals' Christ, offering absolution from the Sin of Being White. There is no reason or logic behind it, no faults or flaws of his can diminish it, no arguments Hillary could make of any kind can be effective against it. The absurdity of Hypocrisy Clothed In Human Flesh being their Savior is all the more cause for liberals to worship him: Credo quia absurdum, I believe it because it is absurd. Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior. His candi dacy is ridiculous and should not be taken seriously by any thinking American.

Not a few years, she has been a governor for less than 2 years.  You should do more reading on Obama because your fear is somewhat irrational.  Obama was a state senator of Illinois since 1996.

Bush hasn't exactly being paying for the war either.  The savings from not having troops in Iraq would help pay for Obama's program.  If you are an independent, you should be more afraid of McCain spending another few trillion dollars on Iraq for the next 4 years.  As a true independent, you should really ask yourself if the past 8 years has been good for the country.

Palin also thinks Creationism, a religious belief, should be taught in a science class.  You should be scared that this woman does not grasp the difference between religious beliefs and science.  I suppose you are fine if Palin wants public schools here to teach the Koran during a science class.  Is this the type of experience you would like her to translate to a federal level?

Palin was govenor for 20 months in a state that had a huge budget surplus. She had just started getting into trouble there for using her influence to get her ex-brother-in-law fired when she was wisked away to the rep convention. Obama had eight years as a state senator for illinois - much more populated that Alasks and with much bigger problems, and he served two years as senator on the National level. His experience by far outweighs hers. Besides, she's so far right with no exceptions, how could she help a country as diverse as America?
