  1. Maybe cause alot of cheeses are pretty much decaying chunks of milk!?

Most cheeses are supposedly better "aged" so they get all moldy & smelly! This one type of I think Russian cheese is "aged" SOOO much to the point where larvae & maggots form inside & then you eat it with the bugs!

  2. ???

maybe it is just oil (fat) and whey as they age..

  3. Cause the molds look alike

  4. They all have mold in them that's how a good cheese is made the only ones that don't have mold are the really cheap processed ones.

  5. because they do. some mold are actually good to eat.

  6. cheese is mold. its made of curdled milk. some cheese has more visible mold, like that cheese (bleu? blue? whatever) that has blue streaks of mold in it. yum.

  7. I think some do.  Makes the cheese taste better in some cases.  Some mold is good for ya.  Just don't eat too much.
