Why do a lot of people seem to have dirty elbows? ?

Or why do they look so dirty?

I don't mean YOU, just "people" as a whole.

sometimes its genetics or even can be a disease, but basically its really just personal hygiene. MOST people perhaps do not feel or realise the importance to actually clean that area of their body, which same goes for our knees.. to me, no matter how good-looking u are, but having a black or dirty elbow is just an unsightly sight.. so people, dont neglect these parts when ure showering! WASH IT N SCRUB IT WELL. :)
