  1. They are all white. They are easier to see in the wild. And they do not see as well with their pink eyes.  


  2. They are very easy to spot.  The Artic rabbits and foxes can change the color of their coats to match the season.  An albino rabbit has NO pigment in its body and will alwaya have a conspicuous white body and can only be camoflauged by snow.

  3. Because they lack natural camouflage, so predators can spot them easier.

  4. They stick out like a sore thumb. So pretty much the same exact thing the first person said. :D

  7. Rabbits are a "prey" animal, they rely on their coats to camouflage their presence to preditors. And white is one color a preditor can see clearly.

      Another issue is the albinism. They can not tolerate UV rays, just as in a human, the pigment is missing to absorb these rays making them much more prone to cancers especially of the nose, ears and eyes.
