As a country, Australia is financially stuffed, thanks to the dills running the place (Rudd, Swan, Gillard and the ex-union bludgers).

Why can't the mugs who voted this Labor rabble into office pay for the disaster they have elected to destroy the nation, while the rest of us pick up the pieces and fight back into a respectable position over time?

  1. If only!  Unfortunately as we live in a democracy, we have to go with the majority, which as demonstrated by the 2007 election had a lack of foresight and voted primarily based on silly catchphrases and appearances on Rove.  As I like to say Kevin 07, Recession 08.

I just hope that the country can hold out til the next election where I'm sure it will be the libs by a landslide (let's just hope that Turnball is leading the party by then!).

  2. Isn't this sad... but it is a fact.

We'll all do it tough, and have to pay through the nose for years to come. We could never afford the Rudd experiment, yet a number of misguided individuals believed the crud this mob dished out in the election campaign, and put the boofheads in to 'lead' Australia.

It took the skills of John Howard and Peter Costello years to put Australia back on the economic map once Whitlam, Hawke and Keating had finished with it, and just when everything is on track, we give Rudd the keys to drive the economy back to Third World status again.

Don't we ever learn? Obviously not, and again we will all have to cough up and pay for the calamity once again, including we that supported the success of the Howard Government.

    Yes.... sad, but true!!
