Why do all Superheroes come from America?

Superman, batman, spiderman, fantastic 4, hulk, daredevil, x-men, wonder woman, elastic man, blade, flash, iron man, silversurfer, powerpuff girls, flash gordon, green lantern, etc

Because this is where the creators of the superheroes are from.  The reason we don't hear about superheroes from other countries is the American entertainment media are already saturated with our own.
