Why do all sexologists say that masturbation is not bad?

Whenever there is a talk in the newspaper ... when a girl or guy would ask the sexologists that is there any harm in masturbating ..

The sexologist says NO..

I have read some articles where I have heard the people say that

" The very moment after masturbating I feel relaxed and the next moment I am feeling guilty, unhappy and disturbed"

All in all they only meant that the masturbator gets a mixed feeling which is not a very happy one and they would confess saying that I should have rather not done it ....

Is it a good habit to promote by saying that masturbation does not affect u?
