Because 20 years ago non white countries did not have money to get Coaches from other countries.Now they do and they want Coaches who have been to academies and Unis.

When these non white countries get there infrastructure and cricket academies to world class level they will too export coaches.

Simple economics and capitalism on this mate!

They get who they consider the best to do the job. No-one directs them to do it, it is a matter of choice.I think your idea of white supremacy in this instance is quite ridiculous & a little bizarre.
