Why do all wrestlers shave their body hair??

  1. well, they dont want hair being pulled or slowing them down. it would just get all bloody anyways


  2. No gayer than when a body builder, an olympic swimmer, or any other athlete does it to maximize their potential and comfort level.

  3. they shave their hairs so that all the shapes and cuts of their body can be seen very clearly.....just like other body builders

  4. actually, i'm also baffled why they have to shave their body hair considering that they're males & its normal for them to sport a hairy bod.. but my conclusion is that they get rid of their body hair 'coz it may dampen a wrestler's or his opponent's performance..  because it may be too uncomfortable for a wrestler if for example, his opponent got too close to him & he can literally sniff  & feel the latter's hair.. that would be pretty gross..

  5. they would be touching the  other wresrlers body hair while they wrestle. if i was a wrestler i would not want to touch somebody elses body hair.

  6. What everyone else said is basiclly correct. Also, sometimes the sign of a wrestler going Heel will be an increase of body hair, so that explains why Faces are usually clean shaved.

  7. It's because it's sick for wrestlers to be hairy while wrestling shirtless every week.

  11. Most body builders will shave their hair so when they get on stage and their all oiled up it doesn't interfere with the muscle showing. Yes it sounds g*y as h**l. Most wrestlers are just body builders that decided to act a little bit..Obviously though their are some that don't. I remember a train had a lot of chest and back hair..

    Then theirs the point that people don't really wanna touch another hairy and sweaty guy..

  12. Yea it is kind of  (maybe very) g*y, but my nephew took 3rd in states this year and doesn't shave anything for that reason. He jokes and says "yea, it's bad enough that everyone thinks all wrestlers are g*y as it is". If you saw his girlfriend you would think differently about wrestlers.

    If your talking about these WWF guys, I have news for you - THAT ISN'T WRESTLING!! It's choreographed entertainment for repressed homosexuals.
