Why do always get cold burgers at Mcdonalds?

Well, what they do is barely cook the burgers.  Then they put them in slightly heated drawers until you order them.  After you order, they just pull them out, slap the patty between two buns and add a slice of cheese.  The cheese is never even melted and the burgers are barely cooked.

Well, they say that Maccas is the same all over the world and this proves it. Here in Australia they're always cold too. I think it's because they don't have the warming light things hot enough in an attempt to lengthen the time burgers can sit waiting before they dry out completely.

My solution was to stop going there and go to Burger King instead where (here anyway) they make everything fresh.

If the consumers would COMPLAIN when food is not properly served, they would change their ways.  I return french fries that are not fresh and hot NO MATTER where I get them!  But with fries there's a trick!  Ask for NO SALT on the chips and they'll fry fresh ones.  Then salt them!

after working at the food chain. This is what they do.... They have frozen patties and they fry them and put them in trays that hold the food. Now the trays are plastic and not heated. then you order your burger . they Nuke the meat..(removing any protein that it would contain) and slap it on the dressed bun. Poof cruddy food at your cost. You get cold ones that are not nuked and contain the protein.

I myself have stopped going there . they have done this to me day in and day out. I was even told by a manager that i was supposed to say i wanted "FRESH AND HOT"food. i told her that i did not order from the "OLD AND COLD" menu.

and they act like the have the cost coming right out of Their pay if they have to redo it. i went there for my mother in law 2 days ago and had them remake 2 double quarter pounders 4 times. because they could not put onion and ketchup only on it.

Here in Jackson Michigan the owner of all the stores is corporate and therefor untouchable for destroying the Chain in this town..

O and one last tid bit you can get a temperature telling Lazer at the stores for 20 dollars and that is worth it seeing that they serve chicken at 60 degrees and that is POISON, NO PRIDE WHERE DID IT GO IN THIS LAND???

AND AT THAT PRICE YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ASK FOR FRESH FOOD. fresh fast food is what they are supposed to sell, or get your discount for food they were going to toss in the trash before you ordered it.

Because they are cooked before they get to you in factories. And then are delivered all over the world. Just plain horrible the things that happen there. Type in on yuotube meet your meat and you won't want to eat there at all.

You should complain about that. Talk to a manager and I'm sure they would give you a free HOT one.
