No it's because they are bored and don't feel like thinking up anything new and original...and rather than face the fact that it's time to hang up the mic and enjoy the rest of their wealth...they think that reminding society of their existence with rekindle the interest and renew their fame and fortune.

    In all cases, it's a failure.
