Why do babies get erections?

well an erection is a natural behavior for a male and generally a baby boy who is getting one means that he is fixing to spray you with pee so cover it up. we have a 20 m onth old who has found that he has a "pee pee" and when we are changing him he tries to pull on it and sometimes it cause him to get an erection, its natural just keep an eye on it, if its growing and you dont hurry and cover it up, your gonna get wet ;)

Because it is a p***s and behaves like an adult one if touched. Erections can still happen to males while they are sleeping and they have no control over it.
