Question:

Why do babies pee during diaper changes?

A few people said babies do it for fun or because they'd rather pee in the fresh air the a gooey diaper. That means that they have some degree of bladder control. If they didn't have any control at all it would all come out at once in stead of more coming out during a diaper change.

  1. fresh air. Id rather pee in fresh air than in a gooey ol diaper.

  2. cause they are starting to be a pain in the butt early..

  3. Because babies get cold too u know

  4. Don't you have the urge to pee when you get cold? When you take off their diaper they feel a breeze, and GUSH!

  5. I agree with tiggy's answer. I think they are doing it for fun.

  6. Usually the change in temperature (from a warm diaper to the cool air) stimulates the need to pee, assuming there's anything in the bladder.

  7. Its the cool air.........  its make them have to go..... you will also notice that babies may pee as they are put in the bath.  Its just the sudden sensation...... it can make adults goo too..... but we have learned to control that.  I know when my son was first born..... they hadn't recorded him peeing..... so we had to make sure he was peeing to leave the hospital.  One of the tricks the nurse used was opening his diaper.... and then fanning him with a piece of paper.... it did the trick.

  8. if they kick her in shin

  9. they feel the cool air after they are opened,
