Why do baby Rabbits stand up on their back legs?

  1. to see what is going on, like all baby animals they are curious about everything


  2. It's probably because they're height is still short. Young rabbits tend to stand up to see what's going on. If they're new to the surroundings, curiosity may be the cause. They want to familiarize with the place so they can get around easily.

  3. they are just curious. they do it to see whats up and everything around the room. i got a baby bunny yesterday and he just stands up on his legs non stop. lol it's cute!

  4. All rabbits do this. When i stick my nose through the top of my rabbits cage, she stands up like that and starts l*****g it! That means that they are curious of what is going on. They do that alot when they want to know what something is, because most things are taller than rabbits! Hope this helps!
