Why do bar brawls happen?

In bars people go there to drink alcohol. Alcohol is a depressant which is supposed to make people relaxed, and numb their body, and make their reaction time slower and make them feel more sleepy. Why do people act so crazy if their drunk? Would it be easier to fight if you were sober? Alcohol slows down the brain making harder to do anything. When people drink their vision is impaired, their feeling is impaired, their movements and reaction time is impaired, and they cant talk clear or walk straight without falling down. Why does this happen in bars?

No matter what movies and TV like to tell you...bar brawls don't happen all that often. Do they happen, yes. Do they happen regularly...no.

That being said. There are...generally speaking of course...a lot of a##holes out there. Most of them do a really good job of hiding it from the general public. When alcohol is introduced it becomes more and more diffecult to hide, until they reach a point where it explodes. Violently. Usually, when mixed with other drunk a##holes.

All of you are wrong.  They are really just a diversion so a group of highly trained mercenaries can jump the bar, grab as much booze as they can carry, and make it out the side door before any of the bar staff spot them.  If you don't believe me ignore the next bar fight you see and just watch the bar.

cause if your drunk your mind and perception is distorted, that's why a lot of people die from things when they are drunk; no sense of mind.

Because the spirits get to them.... people relax when they get pissed and become unrestrained. as we are all bottled up maniacs really, you pass the vodka and it all comes spilling out. Stress relief. Some fight, some start crying in the toilets or some just puke up!or just pass out and wake up in fields.

Hence the reason I stay at home on Saturday nights.

i think its because of bad spirits influencing them to things. i mean wen your drunk your not in your right mind which makes it easier to be oppressed by or even possed by bad spirits. i sound like a phychic but im not i jus believe in all that stuff and believe it is true to a certain extent.

Alcohol also brings out aggression in some people. You've heard the expression "a mean drunk"?
