Why do bedrooms get cold when I sleep in them?

Every place that I've lived inthis happens. It has happened ever since I was a little girl. If someone else is sleeping in my room, the temperature is perfectly normal. But once I start sleeping in the room, I literally have to have a heater to keep it normal room temperature. It's like I'm draining energy room the room. I really sick and tired of this happening.

  1. probably because the natural time continuum is being dis mantled, and therefore your body is radiating all the heat from the room to you.

  2. what is happening in the room is paranormal,

A Ghost is believed to be a spirit that haunts people. It is regarded that Britain has the highest concentration of ghostly hauntings and other paranormal activity of anywhere in the world. [1]

Ghosts are often believed to be the result of violent deaths, as a result of which the deceased's soul is left wandering the earth instead of transmigrating to Heaven, h**l, or someplace in between (Probation). This lost soul then struggles to interact with earthly beings in order to avenge its death, or to explain what happened to it.

Many ghosts seem to be confined to well defined spatial loci, for instance, the room in which they died, or some place that was important to them in life. Others roam the earth freely, and are less likely to be noticed, since their presence in a given place may only occur once.

  3. I think you should do an experiment.........

You need to get a baseline temp reading in the room.

So if you leave your bedroom door open when you're not in there, then don't do anything differently.

Keep the thermostat on at an average temp both day and night for a more accurate reading.

So don't turn down the thermostat when you're not at home, or when you go to bed.

    Get yourself a digital thermostat.

Put the thermostat inside the room.

And keep the digital reader close by for you to take your readings.

    Make a chart.

Indicate the time of day, the temp outside, and the temp inside your room.

    Then go to bed.

If you wake up in the middle of the night, make a note of the temp.

Within 2 weeks or less, you should start to notice a pattern.

However, if it's just your body temp that lowers when you go to bed, then maybe add a niacin supplement to your diet to increase your core body temp.

  4. A house is always colder at night. The heat is diffusing out the walls of the house, not through you. The more people you have in the room, though, the warmer it will be. People give off a lot of heat.

  5. You're being watch at night by a Sentinel Ghost, friendly spirits that watch you at night but that mean no harm to you, they are usually shy and leave if another person sleeps with you, if you want them to go away go to your religious leader and have your house blessed.

  6. I don't know but I would ask you to please stop sleeping on my husband's feet.

The only reason I am up is because his icicle toes woke me up.

  7. I wish you had say if it 's the room that's cold..or if it's just YOU that's cold. You might have a circulation problem. Has anyone else come into the room and noticed that it's colder than usual? Will you please edit and tell us more? Thanks.

EDIT.. I've GOT to tell you this...If you do take Niacin....please be careful and follow the directions. I think you have to drink or eat something before . Read the directions carefully & follow them EXACTLY.. I had a horrible reaction to it. I have a whole bottle I could give you..but it's against the law and I wouldn't wish Niacin on ANYONE.
