Most likely they dye their hair!

Idk. Some are definitely not natural and that's why. They need to top up with the peroxide on their roots.

I have natural ash blonde hair. It's more or less the same colour all over but with light blonde patches at the front.

either they dye their hair or they just have dark blonde hair.

people with platinum blonde hair ( natural) dont have dark roots.

or their hair is greasy.
