Sounds like they are your typical super-phony radio hosts. I know - it's really annoying!

They do it on purpose so when it get downloaded and given away it is "watermarked"so to speak as a bob and tom bit.

It also is done for the artist,so people will be motivated to purchase a clean studio version without them cackling over everything.

I noticed too,and now its obvious.

They don't play music during their show... unless it's comedy songs you're talking about....

they laugh through the songs so the recordings can't be used elsewhere.... in order to get a 'clean' track, you have to buy their cds...
