  1. Above is probably right.  But I would also have to say that the environment in the air around any given eye at any time can't be too much different than that of the other eye seeing as they are only centimenters apart.  Therefore, the amount of protection needed to keep your eye safe is probably the same for each at any given time.  Besides, we use them both at the same time, they strain equally and go through about the same conditions.  Make sense?

  3. not sure. i dont blink at the same time either. my left eye blinks a bit earlier then my right eye.  but i agree that it is probably easier for the brain. its just some reflex

  4. its probably easier on your brain...especialy if this is all you have to think about....
