  1. It depends on where you are. In some parts of the country people are willing to pay more for one or the other, although there is no difference under the shell. It's simple supply and demand.


  2. i heard the brown eggs come from free roaming hens compared to the caged hens of the white eggs. And maybe they taste better.

    But it seems that red hen chicken nutrition is more costly and varied than white ehns, so may be can explained the price. Else it a simple shelf rule!
