Why do businesses globalize?

I know some reasons such as cheap labor, more customers, materials and taxes are cheaper. What are some other reasons?

Another reason is that there are more and more suppliers of manufacturing needs like computer components overseas.  So it makes sense to have the people who do things like procurement, contract negotiations, quality control, engineering, and logistics near the manufacturers and suppliers.

businesses globalize because americans ask too much money too work they cant work for 2 to 5 dollars a day. this is only the main reason.

and materials cheaper in 3rd world country. ps if material are cheap and if the product made and sold in american or european currency you make more money.
