  1. buy decent ones or buy re-chargeable!

  2. hey its kinda easy one try using better batteris and also its mabey cause ur flash is set to high try duracell and if it still cosumes alot try geting a rechargable batteri pack and a charger that will save u some money

  3. cuz they like to suck like life out of them like a juicebox!

get rechargeable batteries if u dont have them already!

  4. The use of the flash or light burns up batteries like crazy. or if you use the LCD panel.

  5. i'm not too familiar with digital cameras but i think they use so much battery because

    -they display a screen

    -record videos

    -saves memory

  6. The flash.

It takes a lot of juice to make that bright light, it doesn't matter that it's only for a split-second.

Aside from that, a lot of digital cameras eat batteries because they are constantly draiing juice for everythign from the viewscreen to maintaining the memory.  The better designed a camera is (i.e. more expensive) the less unnecessary charge it will consume.

  7. Maybe if you stop taking pictures the battery wont die
