Why do cars have such poor performance compared to motorcycles a fraction of the cost?

Put 5 people on that motorcycle, then hook up a travel trailer, and compare performance.  Doesn't work does it?

You are asking people to compare apples to oranges.

On a winter day, turn the heater on and take your jacket off on the motorcycle.  Oh, wait, you can't!

You are asking people to compare pomegranates to watermelons.

Go to the store, buy  20 bags of groceries, and take them home in the trunk of the motorcycle, oh, that's right, there is no trunk.

You are asking people to compare grapes to lemons.
