Why do cats like to l**k skin on humans?

My cat likes to l**k my arm and my hair (even if I have hairspray on). Anyone know why that is?

The salt and bacteria from your skin somehow has a good taste to them, so they l**k your arms. This DOES NOT mean your cat likes you more, they just want the taste of your arm.

It has to do with the taste of our skin, its kinda salty to them.

My cat does that all the time too. I think it means that they like you... or they want to annoy you :-)

It's a sign of affection. Cats groom other cats that they like, and likewise will groom you.

They are just grooming you. Please do not allow your cat to l**k your hair when you have styling products on it. They contain alcohol and other chemicals in it, and it can make the cat ill. Also, if you have lotions or perfume on, discourage him from l*****g that as well.
