Why do cats sit near a wall or corner and meow?

  1. They are calling out for something they want/need or because they found something. Carefully think what things they may need but haven't gotten in a while. - from the cat's perspective. (human attention, food, water, access to outdoors, another cat for company, they may even hear rodent noises in the wall itself and are just letting you know.)


  2. usually they lean on a lot of things to schratch themselves.

  3. Um I dont think they need to be put down but it may mean that they're in  some sort of pain.

  4. HE WANTS SOME ATTENTION FROM YOU! USUALLY WHEN MY CAT SITS IN A CORNER AND I PASS HE MEOWS AND GET UP AND FOLLOW ME TO THE KITCHEN FOR FOOD!
