I see them all the time - charity walks, Fun Runs, Bike-a-thons, etc. Why do all the charity events require so much physical labor?
Seems to me there's an untapped market - people who aren't so physically fit should have an opportunity to raise money too.
When I was a kid I did "Read-a-thons" to fight MS. We would raise pledges based on the number of books we read - now that was FUN!
Why can't I watch TV to raise money for charity? Or eat hot dogs? Or drink beer? If I could run a beer-drinking event for charity, wouldn't that be popular, and not so exhausting?
