Unfortunately it isn't just children.  There are a lot of adults who create a fantasy life here and in other places.  My sister (almost 40) writes a blog - it is complete fiction!  I guess that you are right when you ask if it makes them feel good.  It must feel great to have people paying attention to them; but it isn't real and one day they will feel sad and lonely when they realise that they have no real friends to talk to or share a meal with.

Not all of them are children. There are some people posing as children. I found that out when I got suspicious about a poster once and did a bit of investigating.  What questions are you referring to?
