  1. Because we've come to realize everything we need want and fawn over is given to us by them and that they love us beyond all comprehension and how could you not trust some one you believe would jump in front of a moving train to save you?

  2. Because we fell safe and protected around them

  3. i believe it's because we've grown grown up with them and bonded. i notice, when children grow up into teenagers, they seem to become more withdrawn because they are spending more time with different people at school and don't hang out as much with their parents so they begin to trust their friends more......because they spend more time with them. in the bible it says that you should have the faith of small child...........meaning that you should welcome people with open arms and the way a baby trust people and lets the people carry them, even though they don't really know them.........

whoa! this is deep coming from me!!

haaha! and im still a teenager!

    hope this helps!

  4. Usually it's because we have been dependent on them growing up.  Assuming they didn't beat or neglect you (or in anyway mistreat you) they did a fairly good job making sure you are alive, healthy and stable.  We trust them because they were there for us when sick (or at least my mom was), injured, happy, sad, etc.

  5. Bonding occurs.

    Attachment occurs.

    Imprinting occurs.

These are all for survival. A child intuitively knows they cannot survive without caregivers. Childrens' trust in parents is based on survival until they reach an age where they can survive on their own. Then they start questioning the parents' abilities and knowledge.
