Why do ciggerettes smell so bad?

I used to think cigarettes smelled bad until I started smoking.  Now I don't seem to mind so much and sometimes they smell awesome!  The smell mixes especially well with sweat and s*x.  Do you think those smell bad also?

I don't know, but I do remember when I was younger I liked the smell of a good pipe tobacco. Cigarettes just don't smell to good. rolled tobacco is not much better either.

I have to agree with you they stink, there is nothing worse than walking past a group of smokers blowing their smoke over all and sundry, as for being cool I don't think so.

I smoke regularly and I'll will have to agree with you cigarettes  do really stink, I even think my own stink, that's why I cannot smoke inside, esp. restaurants that is the worst place for smoke, I can't stand it and even get upset when people are smoking around me while eating, and I smoke myself, but I do also have some respect and don't smoke around other people, esp. people who don't like it.

Well considering they have over hundreds or thousands of chemicals and stuff in it. Of course it's going to whiff a bit :)

yeah that and the fact that they contain about 50 types of poisonous chemical. Poisonous chemicals don't usually smell too good.
