Why do co-workers stab you in the back?

I am a preschool teacher and i hate working with other women. Why cant women keep their mouths shut and stay out of my business, has this happen to you?

Happens everyday. Do not  put fuel  onto the fire. Keep some things a mystery. People use things against you when they know more..Let them talk. When they are talking about you, they are leaving everyone else alone. People will always talk just to have something to talk about. Women are particularly bad about this..Cover your ---!!!!!! Maybe they are jealous and need drama in their life..

its because they never matured past the middle school level. not all women are like that. but the ones that are can make life pretty miserable.

Not all women are like that. I never had any use for people who weren't. I would wonder what they said about me behind my back.

But the worst gossips I've ever known have been men, especially in the workplace.

Usually it is because they are jealous or resentful the only way to avoid this type of thing is to keep your thoughts to yourself, be non commital and dont engage in gossip

Alright. You have assessed the people around you so far. In your life, you will have lot of opportunity to do similar assessment about others. You will continue to be assessing all your acquaintances in future. I appreciate that you have been able to observe their faults. When you observe such faults in others, take a strong vow or self-determination that you should not do such silly things in life to others and hurt their feelings.

One more thing I want to tell you that when we assess about others, we should also see, there are very many good, better and best people around who do lot of sacrifice, help and service and what not to others without any selfish motive and with good intentions. You have to appreciate them more if they are doing such things without any ego.

Dont bother if earthlings are trying their level best to harm you. If you have good luck, God will give you lot of rewards before giving it to such worthless people. Help ever, hurt never.
