Why do college graduates prefer to work abroad than here? (philippines)?

Becouse its hard to find work here. People only give little sallary. In Other rich countries, Sallary is enough. I think its more easier to work abroad than here its HOT!!

Often, the case is: over-worked, under paid. For employees in both private and public sectors, bringing home the work is a normal routine but the compensation for doing so is not there. If they employ the same diligence when they go out of the country where compensation is equal to work output, they can earn much better.

so para sa thesis?  sa U.P. ka ba? well, because the rating of our country,Philippines mababa daw yung sweldo dito,instead that they work here they work on states,start witha low ranking jobs,tapos pag nakakuha na sila ng mataas na sweldo,babalik sila dito at pagpapalit nila yung money or dollars into peso
